We're seeking someone with high aspirations and a love for the commercial side of things. Someone who's dedicated to creating unforgettable memories for our visitors, together with their team. And of course, someone who shares our values and is keen on collaboration and innovation.

You possess creative mindset and have vast experience in running and developing a shopping centre through change, or perhaps you've done something similar? Either way, this is a new meeting place for us, and we want someone who's up for the opportunity!

As a part of our team, you'll know how to meet the needs of our customers by constantly developing new ideas and solutions. You'll also be able to enable and provide our customers with a complete offer by creating synergies between partners and tenants. We want to develop Italie Deux into an inspiring meeting place and you have the know-how and skills to make our expansive and exciting plans here a reality!

You'll be responsible for creating and implementing long-term strategic plans, setting budgets, and following up on targets. And, of course, you'll know how to balance and merge environmental, social, and economic aspects to define sustainability and how Ingka Centres uses that knowledge in striving for growth within the limits of the planet.

Without us it would be difficult to meet our customers in person. In our team we find, develop and manage IKEA properties around the whole world. We’re different from one another but we are all passionate about real estate. We challenge and inspire each other to always stay close to IKEA customers and to understand how the changes within retail effects our needs of real estate.

As a Meeting Place Manager at Ingka Centres, your role is to work with your team to make Italie Deux an inspirational meeting place that goes beyond customer expectations. It's an exciting journey, and you will be at the heart of it!

To make this happen, you'll engage with local partners and the community to collaborate with us, develop Italie Deux and implement ideas that create a better everyday life for the many people. You'll also work with IKEA to increase conversion, deliver operational results, and increase the value of the Meeting Place. You will lead the expanding of Italie Deux into threefold in size and manage investments, government relations, and create a compelling offer mix for our customers.

But that's not all! We're looking for someone who can build and grow an engaged, efficient, and self-managed team with the right mix of skills. You'll also need to be able to work agile and think innovatively to create commitment and good spirit among everyone who works at the Meeting Place.

This role belongs to Operations Domain at Ingka Centres. The Purpose of our function is to optimize the Meeting Place experience for the many people to drive visitation to the Meeting Places and IKEA and deliver sustainable business growth for our Partners and Meeting Places.
