What you'll need to have
- Less than 1 year of related experience

- Deliver an excellent meeting with the customer across all customer assignments.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience.
- Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills within the area of customer experience.
- Support customers to make purchases with assistance or self-service tools.
