What you'll be doing day to day

• Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
• Providing home furnishing solutions for a single product or a combination of products to improve people's life at home.
• Securing the use of the store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement commercial strategies throughout the store while creating a good overview and strong visual impact.
• Recruiting, developing and leading your team.

The salary pay range is $76,494 - $109,769

Qualifications

'- 3 years experience working as a visual merchandiser.

• Experience working in visual merchandising in a retail environment.
• Experience leading co-workers.
• Proven success in leading creative processes and coaching people.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 76,494 USD to 109,769 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
