As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that guide AI development and product decisions.

You’ll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to analyze performance metrics, monitor model behavior, and ensure data quality for advanced AI solutions.

This is a hybrid position based at Windmill Lane, Dublin 2, our strategic hub for AI development in Ireland.

Responsibilities Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization in AI models and features.

Build dashboards and reports to monitor model performance, user engagement, and business KPIs.

Support data preparation and validation for ML/NLP model training, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement evaluation metrics for LLMs, GenAI, and agentic frameworks.

Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to measure feature impact and guide product decisions.

Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure data integrity and governance across pipelines.

Document findings and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in AI/ML or SaaS environments.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Num Py), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experiment design.

Experience: working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with ML concepts and evaluation metrics is a plus.
