Your role and responsibilities

As a Q2C (Quote to Cash) Professional, you will

• Perform a variety of support responsibilities throughout the sale cycle from Opportunity management, internal processes facilitating, proposal/solution release, contract management, billing & invoice tracking.

• Ensure that all transactions are handled with minimum impact to the customers and in compliance with all the audit guidelines and approved processes.

• Partner with brands sellers/project managers to ensure the pre-sales processes are timely completed, contracts timely released, signed contracts timely registered and billed, signings are timely recognized.

• Ensure all the pre & post sales activities are timely and accurately performed.

• Capture all skills required to perform the Proposal Support Professional & Contract Support Professional role.

• Identify work process improvements and issue prevention activities.

• Perform other tasks as required, including but not limited to:

• Contract printing/packing support

• Contract scanning/filing/mailing support

• Invoice packing/mailing support

• Completion report/AR bank statement

• Chop admin for Q2C owned Contract management related chops

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Strong PC Skill in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Good analytical, documentation and organizational skills, with keen attention to details
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and ability to interact globally
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, team player, creative, well organized
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule

Preferred technical and professional experience
