Your role and responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Technology Expert Labs for AI Assistants within IBM's Data Platform, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their AI Assistants. This role involves delivering expert services to help clients maximize the value of their AI solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Deliver Configuration Services: Provide expert configuration services to optimize the performance of AI Assistants, including watsonx Code Assistant, watsonx Code Assistant for Ansible, and other related solutions.
• Deploy AI Solutions: Collaborate with clients to deploy AI Assistants, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Optimize Adoption and Usage: Work with clients to optimize the adoption and usage of AI Assistants, providing guidance on best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze Solution Performance: Analyze the performance of AI Assistants, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.
• Support Client Success: Provide ongoing support to ensure client success, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the engagement.

• Exposure to AI Assistant Configuration: Experience working with configuration services to optimize the performance of AI Assistants, including watsonx Code Assistant and related solutions.
• Deployment Expertise: Exposure to deploying AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
• AI Solution Analysis: Experience working with analyzing solution performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.
• Technical Knowledge: Exposure to AI Assistants, including watsonx Code Assistant, watsonx Code Assistant for Ansible, and other related solutions within IBM's Data Platform.
• Solution Optimization: Experience working with optimizing adoption and usage of AI Assistants, providing guidance on best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Preferred technical and professional experience
• Additional AI Solution Knowledge: Exposure to Business Analytics Enterprise, Cognos Analytics, Planning Analytics, SPSS Modeler, Automation Decision Services, Blueworks Live, Business Automation Open Editions, Business Automation Workflow, Cloud Pak for Business Automation, Operational Decision Management, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and web Methods BPMS.
• Broad Technical Understanding: Experience working with various AI solutions within IBM's Data Platform, including configuration, deployment, and analysis.
• Industry Insights: Exposure to industry-specific AI solutions and trends, enabling effective guidance on best practices and optimization opportunities.
