Junior Back-end Developer

Introduction
IBM Cloud platform combines platform as a service (PaaS) with infrastructure as a service (IaaS) to provide an integrated experience.
Join our mission to create and maintain core services and tools of Platform Experiences.You will be involved in the end-to-end delivery into production, from requirements gathering through design and implementation through production operations.
Your role and responsibilities
New Feature Development: Design, develop, and test new features to improve the platform’s functionality and user experience.
Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code, adherence to coding standards.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Closely work together with product management, design, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and the best solution.
Documentation: Maintain and update technical documentation.
Maintaining existing services
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Experience in SaaS application development
Knowledge of Typescript (or willingness to learn) and Node Js
Experience in developing REST APIs with express, or with other Node.js libraries
Curiosity, ability & willingness to learn fast and pick up new things easily
Preferred technical and professional experience
GraphQL
Terraform
Cloud technologies and services
Familiarity with at least some containerization technologies
Experience working in Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
Experience with AI assisted development, proactive mindset towards integrating into daily workflows
