Your role and responsibilities
The Red Hat Sales team is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Corporate Account Executive – GCC Clients, India to lead sales engagements with Global Capability Centers headquartered in India.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing executive relationships and driving revenue growth across assigned GCC accounts by positioning Red Hat’s portfolio, including:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

Red Hat Open Shift:

Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform:

Red Hat Open Stack Platform:

Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management:

Red Hat AI:

Consulting, Training, and Support Services
You will work closely with GCC technology leaders, global headquarters stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to help customers accelerate their hybrid cloud, application modernization, automation, and AI journeys.

Bachelor's Degree
Preferred education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
10 years of enterprise software sales experience.
Strong experience selling into Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or large multinational corporations.
Proven success in selling complex solutions involving cloud, automation, middleware, infrastructure, and AI platforms.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding annual quotas.
Experience engaging senior executives and global stakeholders.
Strong understanding of GCC operating models and offshore delivery structures.
Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and account planning skills.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience selling Red Hat, VMware by Broadcom, Hashi Corp, Confluent, Databricks, or Snowflake solutions.
Existing relationships with GCC leaders across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Gurugram, and Noida.
Understanding of Fin Ops, Platform Engineering, and Enterprise AI initiatives.
Years of Experience:7 - 10
