In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Als Lead Cloud Fullstack Developer (m/w/d) wirkst du bei Konzeption, Design, Implementierung und  Betrieb der Kundensoftware mit. Du hast die Möglichkeit, mit modernsten Technologien zu arbeiten und sicherzustellen, dass die ausgelieferten Anwendungen hochperformant, hochverfügbar, responsiv und wartbar sind.

Deine Hauptaufgaben sind:

Architekturkonzeption inkl. Anforderungsanalyse und komplexe Implementierungsaufgaben für cloudbasierte Anwendungen
Coaching des Entwicklerteams, z.B. durch Einbringen deiner methodischen Expertise, Training-on-the-job sowie die Durchführung von Reflexionsgesprächen
Bei Bedarf Unterstützung weiterer Teams bei relevanten Aufgaben, wie z.B. Frontend, Datenbanken, Testing oder Integrationen
Dokumentation und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kunden und Stakeholdern
Diese Position ist innerhalb der Hybrid Cloud & Data Service Line.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Lead Developer in Großprojekten sowie tiefes Know-how in Java‑basierten Lösungen oder modernen JavaScript‑Frameworks
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Umsetzung moderner Software‑ und Microservice‑Architekturen, Container‑Technologien und Sicherheitsarchitekturen
Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, verschiedene Entwicklerrollen (Backend, Datenbank, Test, Frontend etc.) zu unterstützen
Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum und SAFe sowie im Onboarding und Coaching von Teamkolleg Innen
Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1 Level)
Selbständige, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Fähigkeit zum analytischen Denken
