L'usine d'IBM à Bromont    est une entreprise de fabrication de haute technologie. Au cours des derniers mois, elle a produit les processeurs qui entrent dans la fabrication de la plus haute gamme des serveurs IBM, soit les systèmes P et Z, en plus de fabriquer différents modules utilisés dans le cadre des télécommunications à travers le monde.
Your role and responsibilities
Le gestionnaire de projets en développement de produits est responsable de la gestion de bout en bout des activités liées au développement de solutions d'assemblage pour des clients stratégiques. Il intervient dans des projets à forte complexité technique et à haute visibilité, en assurant l'alignement entre les exigences du client, les enjeux technologiques et les objectifs d'affaires.
Durant la phase de développement du produit, il interprète et clarifie le    scope of work    (SOW) convenu avec le client. Il structure et pilote ensuite l'échéancier, coordonne les activités multidisciplinaires, communique l'avancement du projet aux équipes internes et au client, assure une gestion rigoureuse du budget et veille à la livraison du mandat conformément aux engagements contractuels.
Dans certains cas, il est également responsable des activités de mise en production, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement, contribuant ainsi à la réussite industrielle et à la satisfaction client à long terme.

Vos Tasks seront:

Participer activement à l'évaluation de l'effort et aux activités de cotation
définir, maintenir et piloter l'échéancier du projet
Assurer la gestion proactive des risques en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et opérationnelles
Agir comme point de contact principal et partenaire de confiance du client
Négocier avec le client lorsque le mandat évolue par rapport au SOW initial
Assurer une gestion rigoureuse du budget alloué au projet
Assurer une fermeture de projet structuré, incluant la capitalisation des leçons apprises

Baccalauréat en génie avec expérience en gestion de projet
Leadership démontrant et capacité à mobiliser et influencer des équipes sans autorité hiérarchique
Fort esprit de collaboration et approche orientée solutions
Capacité à évoluer efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution
Preferred technical and professional experience
Expérience significative en gestion de projets industriels ou technologiques
Connaissance des procédés de fabrication en semiconducteur
Bonne connaissance de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
