In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Strategische Beratung unserer Kundinnen bei der Definition und Umsetzung moderner SAP S/4HANA- und Enterprise-Architekturen sowie ganzheitlicher Transformationsroadmaps
Übernahme einer führenden Rolle in Transformationsprojekten – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung – mit Fokus auf skalierbare, zukunftssichere Infrastruktur-, Integrations- und Betriebsmodelle
Gestaltung und Umsetzung komplexer Datenmanagement- und Migrationsstrategien auf Basis von SAP HANA in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kundinnen, unter Einsatz etablierter Frameworks (z. B. IBM Rapid Discovery, IMPACT, Rapid Move oder Migration Factory für Brownfield-Ansätze)
Übersetzung anspruchsvoller Geschäftsanforderungen in innovative, wertschöpfende Technologielösungen, insbesondere unter Einsatz der SAP Business Technology Platform sowie AI-basierter Ansätze
Impulsgeber für technologische Innovationen und Best Practices im SAP-Umfeld sowie aktiver Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Leistungsportfolios

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen SAP-Beratung mit klarem Fokus auf S/4HANA-Architekturen, SAP Enterprise Architekturen sowie anspruchsvollen Transformationsprogrammen
Nachweisliche End-to-End-Beteiligung an mindestens zwei SAP S/4HANA-Transformationen in komplexen Enterprise-Umgebungen
Tiefgehende fachliche und technische Expertise in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: SAP Fiori, SAP Work Zone, Integration, Security oder Betrieb
Gute Kenntnisse und idealerweise praktische Projekterfahrung mit der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) sowie ein solides Verständnis der Clean-Core-Prinzipien
Fundiertes Know-how in SAP HANA sowie in der Konzeption und Umsetzung gängiger Datenmigrationsstrategien
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP-Entwicklung, idealerweise in einer leitenden Rolle oder als SAP Architekt, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt in SAP PM
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
Preferred technical and professional experience
Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Entwicklungserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, insbesondere mit CDS Views, SAP Fiori und SAPUI5
Erfahrung mit RISE with SAP oder GROW with SAP, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Infrastruktur- und Betriebsmodelle komplexer SAP-Landschaften
Solides Know-how in der cloud-nativen Entwicklung (z. B. mit CAP, Node.js oder Java), im API-Design (OData, REST) sowie in der Umsetzung eventbasierter Architekturen
Erfahrung in der technischen Leitung sowie in der Steuerung internationaler SAP-Implementierungen und globaler Rollouts
Relevante SAP-Zertifizierungen (z. B. S/4HANA Conversion, System Upgrade oder RISE with SAP) sind von Vorteil
