Your role and responsibilities
IBM Innovation Studio Professionalとして、虎ノ門のIBM Innovation Studioでのお客様体験を考え、製品やソリューションの紹介ツアー、ワークショップのリードまで、エンドツーエンドでクライアントエンゲージメントを担当・管理していただきます。全体的なクライアント体験を円滑に提供するため、他のエンゲージメントチームメンバーと密接に連携して業務を進めます。
主な職務内容は以下のとおりです。
- クライアントエンゲージメントの管理
予約管理、コンテンツ制作、ワークショップの主導など、エンドツーエンドでクライアントエンゲージメントを統括し、シームレスな顧客体験を提供します。 - ソリューションツアーの実施
デモンストレーションやプレゼンテーションコンテンツ・資料を利用し、高度なファシリテーション力とお客様対応のスキルを用いて、クライアント向けにソリューションの紹介やツアーを行います。 - 分析および成果創出の推進
分析力およびデータドリブンな思考を用いて成果を創出します。状況認識力に優れ、フォローアップにおいては高い緊急性を持って行動します。

As an IBM Innovation Studio Professional: Client & Partner Engagement, you will own and manage end-to-end client engagements, from building the team to overseeing content creation to leading workshops. You will work closely with other engagement team members to ensure seamless delivery of the overall client experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage Client Engagements: Oversee end-to-end client engagements, including building the team, content creation, and leading workshops to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other engagement team members to ensure effective delivery of the overall client experience, utilizing strong collaboration and consulting skills.
- Develop and Deliver Presentations: Create and deliver presentations to clients, leveraging exceptional presentation development and delivery skills, along with outstanding facilitation and active listening skills.
- Analyze and Drive Results: Utilize analytical and data-driven skills to drive results, possessing a high degree of situational and emotional awareness, with a sense of urgency in terms of follow-up.
- Foster Business Development: Apply consultative selling and business development skills to identify opportunities and drive growth.

· Exposure to Client Engagement Management: Proven ability to oversee end-to-end client engagements, including team building, content creation, and workshop leadership to deliver a seamless client experience.
· Experience with Collaboration Tools: Skilled in working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of client experiences, utilizing strong collaboration and consulting skills.
· Presentation Development and Delivery: Experienced in creating and delivering presentations to clients, leveraging exceptional presentation development and delivery skills, along with outstanding facilitation and active listening skills.
· Data Analysis and Insights: Exposure to analyzing data to drive results, possessing a high degree of situational and emotional awareness, with a sense of urgency in terms of follow-up.
· Business Development Fundamentals: Familiarity with consultative selling and business development principles to identify opportunities and drive growth.
