In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Estamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Salesforce com experiência em desenvolvimento utilizando Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) e Aura, além de vivência com integrações outbound. Procuramos um profissional com boa capacidade analítica, perfil colaborativo e interesse em atuar em projetos desafiadores, contribuindo para a evolução contínua das soluções na plataforma Salesforce.
O profissional atuará em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares, participando do desenvolvimento de soluções customizadas, integrações, sustentação técnica e melhoria contínua dos processos de desenvolvimento e qualidade.
Responsabilidades:
Desenvolver e implementar soluções customizadas na plataforma Salesforce utilizando Apex, LWC e Aura;
Apoiar o desenho e a implementação de integrações outbound com sistemas externos;
Analisar, diagnosticar e solucionar problemas técnicos complexos, com suporte quando necessário;
Contribuir para a criação e manutenção de documentações técnicas claras e organizadas;
Participar de discussões técnicas e apoiar apresentações de soluções quando requerido;
Trabalhar em colaboração com equipes multidisciplinares para entrega de soluções de alta qualidade;
Garantir aderência às boas práticas de desenvolvimento e padrões Salesforce;
Participar de code reviews e contribuir para a evolução contínua da qualidade técnica;
Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas à automação de testes, DevOps e melhoria de processos;
Atuar em ambiente ágil, contribuindo com entregas contínuas e melhoria colaborativa.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Experiência com desenvolvimento Salesforce;
Conhecimento sólido em:
Apex;
Lightning Web Components (LWC);
Aura Components;
Experiência com implementação de integrações outbound;
Conhecimento básico em Copado (versionamento e pipelines CI/CD);
Boa capacidade de troubleshooting e resolução de problemas;
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
Facilidade para atuação em equipe e colaboração com áreas multidisciplinares;
Certificação Salesforce Platform App Builder (obrigatória).
Preferred technical and professional experience
Certificação JavaScript Developer I;
Experiência com APIs Salesforce e integração de dados;
Conhecimentos em JavaScript, HTML e CSS;
Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis;
Experiência com ferramentas de automação de testes Salesforce;
Vivência em melhoria contínua de processos de Quality Assurance;
Conhecimento em infraestrutura de ferramentas DevOps para Salesforce;
Experiência na análise de ambientes de TI utilizando metodologias DevOps aplicadas à plataforma Salesforce.
