Dans ce rôle, vous interviendrez au sein de l’un de nos IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), qui fournissent une expertise métier et technique locale à des clients des secteurs public et privé, en France et à l’international.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
En tant que Consultant Senior EPM / IBM Planning Analytics, vous interviendrez sur des projets de transformation du pilotage de la performance financière et opérationnelle. À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :
🔹 Conception & implémentation EPM
Concevoir, modéliser et implémenter des solutions IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) adaptées aux besoins clients :
Budget, Forecast, Plan Moyen Terme
Reporting financier et opérationnel
Simulation de scénarios et analyses prospectives
Définir et maintenir des modèles multidimensionnels performants (cubes, dimensions, règles, feeders).
Assurer le respect des bonnes pratiques EPM/TM1 (performance, maintenabilité, traçabilité, sécurité).
🔹 Expertise fonctionnelle Finance / Performance
Collaborer étroitement avec les directions Finance, Contrôle de gestion, Performance & Risk Management.
Traduire les besoins métiers en solutions fonctionnelles et techniques robustes.
Participer aux ateliers de cadrage, à la définition de l’architecture cible et au choix des solutions.
🔹 Pilotage et contribution projet
Contribuer au chiffrage des projets, aux phases de design et à la définition des plannings.
Garantir la bonne tenue des projets :
respect des charges, délais et engagements,
coordination des intervenants,
animation des réunions projet,
rédaction des livrables et comptes rendus.
Être force de proposition sur les indicateurs de performance (KPI), la structuration des données et l’optimisation des processus de pilotage.
🔹 Accompagnement & montée en compétences
Former et accompagner des profils variés (utilisateurs métiers, contrôleurs de gestion, équipes IT) à :
IBM Planning Analytics,
aux bonnes pratiques EPM,
aux usages avancés de simulation et d’analyse.
Contribuer à l’animation de la communauté interne (partage de bonnes pratiques, capitalisation).
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Compétences EPM & IBM Planning Analytics
Expérience confirmée sur IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 :
modélisation de cubes,
règles, feeders,
process Turbo Integrator,
sécurité et performances.
Bonne compréhension des processus financiers :
budget, forecast, clôture,
pilotage de la performance, reporting.
🔹 Données & systèmes
Notions solides de :
bases de données relationnelles,
intégration de données (ETL, flux sources).
Capacité à analyser et structurer des données complexes à des fins décisionnelles.
🔹 Gestion de projet & communication
Très bon niveau de communication orale et écrite.
Capacité à faire le lien entre équipes métiers et techniques.
Autonomie, esprit critique, rigueur méthodologique et proactivité.
Capacité à animer des ateliers et à encadrer des consultants plus juniors.
🔹 Langues
Français courant (oral et écrit)
Anglais professionnel
Preferred technical and professional experience
Expérience sur :
Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW),
Planning Analytics Cloud,
Outils EPM complémentaires (reporting, BI).
Connaissance d’autres solutions EPM du marché (un plus).
Notions de scripting, Git et cycle de développement projet.
Sensibilité aux sujets modernisation EPM, cloud, automatisation et évolution des usages Finance.
