Your role and responsibilities
As a Brand Technical Specialist, you will utilize extensive technical knowledge to sell Business Unit specialty or brand products to clients, removing technical inhibitors to sales opportunities. You will design viable client solutions by leveraging current product capabilities and provide input to product teams for solutions refinement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Design Client Solutions: Design viable client solutions by leveraging current product capabilities, providing input to product teams for solutions refinement, and constructing relevant use cases to drive sales.
  • Deliver Technical Proof Points: Create and deliver technical proof points through technical accelerators, such as demonstrations, POTs, POCs, Workshops, Solution Design, Proposals, and MVPs.
  • Maintain Platform Knowledge: Maintain strong platform and product knowledge, articulating the value proposition / ROI and understanding the competitive landscape.
  • Drive Sales Opportunities: Remove technical inhibitors to sales opportunities, utilizing a customized experiential selling approach to show clients the value of solutions.
  • Refine Product Capabilities: Provide input to product teams for solutions refinement, ensuring that products meet client needs and stay competitive in the market.

  • Required technical and professional expertise
  • Deep Expertise in Technical Solution Design: Proven ability to design viable client solutions by leveraging current product capabilities, with a focus on refining solutions through input to product teams. Experience in constructing relevant use cases to drive sales and growth.
  • Extensive Experience with Technical Accelerators: Skilled in creating and delivering technical proof points through various technical accelerators, including demonstrations, POTs, POCs, Workshops, Solution Design, Proposals, and MVPs.
  • Advanced Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of platform and product capabilities, with the ability to articulate the value proposition and ROI, as well as analyze the competitive landscape.
  • Mastery of Experiential Selling: Expertise in utilizing a customized experiential selling approach to remove technical inhibitors to sales opportunities, driving growth and revenue through tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Product Refining: Experience in providing strategic input to product teams for solutions refinement, ensuring products meet client needs and remain competitive in the market.
  • Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Advanced Technical Solution Development: Deep expertise in designing and refining technical solutions, with a focus on leveraging current product capabilities and providing strategic input to product teams. Experience in constructing complex use cases to drive sales and growth. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform solution development.
  • Expertise in Emerging Technologies: Experience with emerging technologies and trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth in technical solution design and delivery.
  • Technical Thought Leadership: Established reputation as a technical thought leader, with a track record of driving technical innovation and excellence in solution design and delivery. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
