Your role and responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant for Technology Expert Labs, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their AI/MLOps products. You will specialize in IBM's Data Platform, working with products such as Open Pages, watsonx.governance, Mistral, watsonx.ai, and watsonx.data.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Deliver Client Services: Provide expert consulting services to clients, helping them to optimize their AI/MLOps product configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis.
  work with IBM project teams and Customers on the development understanding
  configure Open Pages in line with technical specifications.
  create custom triggers and helpers for Open Pages
  remediate custom triggers and helpers following software upgrades or due to modified requirements
  document configurations and custom code.
  support customers in solution testing
  Work will primarily be conducted remotely with potential for travel.
  A basic understanding of  Open Pages with over all 3+ years of experience.

IBM Open Pages configuration knowledge:

Java Coding experience:

SQL scripting experience
Good English language skills (written and spoken)
Customer focus (ability to set correct expectations, meet deadlines and proactively communicate with Customer)
Problem solving (technical diagnosis and identifying path to resolution)
Preferred technical and professional experience
React JS / Carbon – UI technologies for helper development

GRC Domain experience:
