Package Consultant-SuccessFactors Talent Mgmt

As a Package Consultant specializing in Success Factors Talent Management, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional solutions using Success Factors Talent Management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions using Success Factors Talent Management modules such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Mgt, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and LMS.

• Analyze Client Requirements: Work with clients to analyze their business needs and translate them into functional solutions using Success Factors Talent Management.

• Implement and Troubleshoot: Configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Talent Management modules to meet client requirements.

• Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to clients on Success Factors Talent Management tools to ensure successful adoption.

• Stay Up-to-Date: Remain current with new features and releases of Success Factors Talent Management modules to maintain expertise and provide best-in-class solutions.
