In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Du berätst unsere Kundinnen aus dem Defence-Sektor zu zukunftsweisenden S/4HANA-Architekturen, ganzheitlichen SAP Enterprise-Architekturen und maßgeschneiderten Transformationsstrategien.
Du unterstützt und leitest anspruchsvolle SAP-Transformationsvorhaben wie Rise with SAP und Grow with SAP – mit klarem Fokus auf robustes Infrastrukturmanagement, nachhaltige Optimierung sowie die nahtlose Integration und den sicheren Betrieb moderner SAP-Technologien. Dazu gehören insbesondere SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP Joule und SAP Business AI.
Gemeinsam mit unseren Kundinnen entwickelst du leistungsstarke Datenmanagement- und Migrationsstrategien auf Basis von SAP HANA. Dabei setzt du auf unsere bewährten Methoden: von der strukturierten Vorstudie mit IBM Rapid Discovery über Greenfield-Implementierungen mit IMPACT und IBM Rapid Move bis hin zu Brownfield-Migrationen mit unserer bewährten Migration Factory.
Du übersetzt komplexe und sicherheitskritische Geschäftsanforderungen aus dem Defence-Umfeld in innovative, wertschöpfende Lösungen – unter Einsatz modernster Technologien wie Künstlicher Intelligenz und der SAP Business Technology Platform.
Diese Position ist innerhalb der Business Applications Service Line.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen SAP-Beratung mit, Schwerpunkt S/4HANA-Architektur und komplexe S/4HANA-Transformationen im Defence-Umfeld.
Du hast fundierte Expertise mit RISE with SAP und GROW with SAP, insbesondere im Infrastrukturmanagement.
Du beherrschst moderne SAP-Technologien wie SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, Integrationsszenarien sowie SAP Joule und SAP Business AI.
Du hast mindestens zwei End-to-End S/4HANA-Transformationsprojekte (Greenfield oder Brownfield) erfolgreich geleitet – idealerweise im Defence- oder sicherheitskritischen Bereich.
Du zeigst starke Führungsstärke bei globalen SAP-Projekten und internationalen Rollouts.
Du sprichst Deutsch auf C1-Niveau und fließend Englisch
Preferred technical and professional experience
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte verständlich und überzeugend auf C-Level zu kommunizieren
Souveräne Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftspartnern, Drittanbietern und internationalen Teams
Idealerweise SAP-Zertifizierung als Certified Technology Specialist (S/4HANA System Conversion / Rise with SAP)
