In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Future Now Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities

• Du realisierst Datenmigrationen und Transformationen im SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld mit innovativen Migrationswerkzeugen wie Natuvion, SNP oder vergleichbaren Lösungen.
• Du entwickelst technische Konzepte sowie Extraktions-, Transformations- und Ladeprozesse für SAP-Transformationsprojekte.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden, Fachbereichen und Projektteams zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte Migrationslösungen umzusetzen.
• Du analysierst komplexe SAP-Datenstrukturen und stellst eine sichere, effiziente und qualitativ hochwertige Datenmigration sicher.
• Du begleitest Testzyklen, Datenvalidierungen und Cutover-Aktivitäten bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live.
• Du bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein und gestaltest innovative Ansätze für SAP-Transformationen und selektive Datenmigrationen mit.

  Required education
  Bachelor's Degree
• Required technical and professional expertise
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Umsetzung von SAP-Datenmigrationen und Transformationen im SAP ECC- und/oder SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld.
• Praxiserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Extraktions-, Transformations- und Ladeprozessen (ETL) für komplexe SAP-Migrations- und Transformationsprojekte.
• Erfahrung mit führenden Migrationslösungen wie Natuvion, SNP, SAP DMC, Informatica oder vergleichbaren ETL- und Migrationstools.
• Ein tiefes Verständnis für SAP-Datenstrukturen, Tabellen, Datenmodelle, Customizing und technische Abhängigkeiten.
• Know-how in mindestens einem SAP-Fachbereich wie FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, HCM oder IS-U.
• Erfahrung in der Analyse, Validierung und Fehlerbehebung von Migrationsobjekten sowie der Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität.
• Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Beratern, Architekten und Projektteams.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Preferred technical and professional experience
• Erfahrung mit IBM Rapid Move, SNP Crystal Bridge, Natuvion DCS oder vergleichbaren Selective-Data-Transition-Lösungen.
• Kenntnisse in ABAP, SAP-Reports, Queries, Tabellenanalysen und technischen Datenextraktionen.
• Erfahrung mit Mappings, Selektionsregeln, Transformationslogiken und Migrationsobjekten.
• Projekterfahrung in SAP S/4HANA-Transformationen, beispielsweise in Brownfield-, Bluefield- oder Carve-out-Szenarien.
• Erfahrung in Testmigrationen, Cutover-Aktivitäten und Go-Live-Unterstützung.
• Kenntnisse im SAP IS-U-Umfeld.
• Verständnis für Datenqualität, Datenbereinigung und Dublettenmanagement im Rahmen von Migrationsprojekten.
