This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

What you’ll do:

• Lead end‑to‑end business analysis activities for complex initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
• Perform gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities or system enhancements.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, insights, and root causes.
• Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business leaders to define solution options and evaluate trade-offs.
• Assess business processes and recommend optimized workflows or automation opportunities.
• Support development of business cases, ROI models, and feasibility analyses.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps
• Provide thought leadership in shaping product roadmaps and operational strategy.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate cross‑team alignment, and ensure shared understanding of requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, data‑driven narratives.
• Mentor junior analysts and guide teams on different data analysis methodologies
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to keep business processes competitive.

What you need to bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
• 9+ years of relevant professional experience in analytics, data science, or related domains
• Strong problem‑solving, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database technologies.
• Experience working with Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to clean, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design.
