This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Are you passionate about technology and curious about how it helps businesses thrive? Join our Ireland sales team and turn your curiosity into impact. In this early-career role, you’ll learn how to design smart, scalable solutions that help customers achieve their goals — from cloud to edge and everything in between.
You’ll work alongside experienced architects and sales professionals, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, and learning how to turn business challenges into technical solutions that deliver real value.
Please note: This is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of 3 days per week in our Leixlip office.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with our customer and partner sales teams to understand customer challenges and help design solutions that make a difference.
- Learn how to translate business needs into technical architectures using our full portfolio — from hardware and software to cloud and services.
- Contribute to solution proposals, presentations, and demos that inspire confidence and excitement.
- Stay curious about new technologies and trends, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Support customer engagements by helping to tell the story of how technology can drive transformation.
- Work with mentors who’ll guide you as you build your expertise and confidence in pre-sales.
- Collaborate with internal and partner teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Document your work, share ideas, and help us continuously improve.
About You
