Job Description:

In the HPE Hybrid Cloud, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results. What you’ll do:

• Providing technical leadership on Quality front by enabling the team technically and ensuring quality is built into the product
• Knowledge of complete SDLC and experience in software testing methodology, tools, developing test strategy, test planning , test execution, and test automation.
• Strong automation background to be able to own automation strategy and tools required to enhance a test automation framework.
• Proficiency in programming in Python**.**
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of tools and processes for functional, regression, scale testing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across a geographically distributed cross-functional team
• Mentor QA engineers on testing techniques, automation, and coding best practices
• Conduct code reviews for test scripts and automation frameworks
• Participate in design and architecture reviews to identify quality risks
• Identify technical and quality risks early in the development lifecycle
• Drive a shift-left and shift-right testing mindset
• Partner with developers, DevOps, and product managers to embed quality early
• Act as the quality voice in technical discussions

What you need to bring: Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Typically 12+ years experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Storage Domain knowledge – Block/File/Object
• Networking concepts
• Docker, Containerization, Kubernetes
• CI/CD, Git/GitLab, Jenkins
• Linux/VM environments

Additional Skills:

Cloud Architectures, Cross Domain Knowledge, Design Thinking, Development Fundamentals, DevOps, Distributed Computing, Microservices Fluency, Full Stack Development, Security-First Mindset, Solutions Design, Testing & Automation, User Experience (UX)
