This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

【職務内容】

• お客様の環境に導入された製品に関わる技術的な問い合わせ(障害、QA等)への対応
• Labo を用いた再現環境の構築及び検証
• Technical Document並びにBug Data Baseの精査
• Knowledge Baseの作成、校正、更新
• ジュニア・レベル・エンジニアへの教育指導
• 社内トレーニングへの参加

【必須な経験と知識】

• IT業界において3年以上の顧客サポートの経験
• Networking(OSI 7 Layerのうち特にLayer2及びLayer3)の基礎知識
• コミュニケーションスキル
• プレゼンテーションスキル

【その他(Want条件)】

• Cisco Systems社認定試験CCNAに相当する知識
• 新しい事へ積極的に取り組む姿勢
• ルールを念頭に置きつつ自ら考え行動に移せる能力
• 新しいテクノロジー、ソリューションを積極的に学ぼうとする姿勢
