R&D Validation Engineer:

Description -

What a R&D Design Validation Engineer does at HP:

• Analyse product design and validate the product for new product development and current product design enhancements, ensuring strong design integrity, reliability, and user‑centric performance.

• Design and execute test strategies for product design, including sub-assembly/module level and integrated system product level.

• Digital transformation processes by automating workflows, test execution, data collection, and analytics.

• Integrate development data telemetry to enhance design insights, R&D decision‑making and efficiency.

• Apply statistics (Weibull, Binomial etc), analysis tools, and DOE methodologies to characterize performance and resolve technical challenges.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, outsourced partners, and suppliers to align on design validation progress, risks, and technical decisions.

• Integral part of engineering project teams to develop innovative, cost‑effective, test and high‑quality product solutions.

• Innovate, learn, and strengthen team technical competencies.

• Develop and integrate Agentic AI to complement design and validation processes.

Education & Experience Recommended:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Engineering.

• Engineering statistics.

• Fresh graduates are welcomed.

• (Advantage) 1-3 years of work experience in engineering design or industrial standards testing of consumer products.

• (Advantage) Develops Agentic AI for workflow and processes.

• (Advantage) Scripting/coding through common languages like Visual C++, Python or/and data science tools.
