Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our R&D team. In this role, you will develop and implement NLP models and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and fine-tune state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms

Participate in research initiatives to explore novel approaches in NLP and machine learning

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into our products

Catch up with the latest advancements in NLP and ML, applying new techniques to improve our technology

Qualifications:

Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field

2+ years of industry experience in developing and deploying NLP solutions

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as Py Torch or Tensor Flow

Expertise in various NLP tasks such as text classification/generation, sentiment analysis, and machine translation

Experience with deep learning architectures like Transformers, BERT, and GPT

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in reinforcement learning techniques applied to NLP

Proficient in fine-tuning of LLM:

Proficient in LLM quantization techniques
