Description -

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative & Workplace Coordinator to support general administrative operations and workplace coordination activities. This role will primarily focus on administrative and operational support across office management, workplace coordination, and employee support functions, while also assisting with workplace safety and compliance coordination activities as part of broader administrative responsibilities.

The position will work closely with country leadership, employees, vendors, and regional stakeholders to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Holds responsibility for performing general administrative support tasks involved in an organization, while assisting supervisory and non-supervisory employees.
  • Provides administrative support to a team or department, including tasks such as data entry, filing, documentation management, office supply coordination, vendor coordination, and workplace-related operational support.
  • Coordinates work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and external to the company, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
  • Takes initiative in anticipating needs and proactively offering solutions, demonstrating a proactive approach to administrative and workplace support activities.
  • Ensures compliance with global process standards and actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Supports workplace inspections, audits, and compliance-related administrative activities in coordination with external EHS service providers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Supports and coordinates key workplace safety and compliance activities, including quarterly Industrial Safety and Health Committee meetings, monthly subcontractor safety council meetings, annual risk assessments, annual evacuation drills, and periodic compliance reporting activities.
  • Provides administrative and operational support for EHS-related activities, including coordinating communications with employees, vendors, and external service providers, supporting external Safety Manager visits, and assisting with follow-up actions related to workplace safety and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • English communication skills preferred.

  • Persons of distinguished service to the state and their families and persons with disabilities will be given additional scores in the process according to the law
