Responsibilities:

  • Review, update, and refine HP’s Sustainable IT Procurement Guides used by customers, procurement teams, sales teams, and partners.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in current guidance and content.
  • Support content updates to ensure materials are relevant, practical, and aligned with evolving sustainability and procurement requirements.
  • Perform light competitive research to benchmark industry practices and enhance HP’s guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content is customer-focused and actionable.
  • Help document a repeatable process for maintaining and updating procurement guides to support scalability and long-term continuity.

The Team:

You will work closely with the sustainability and procurement teams to support initiatives that enable more responsible and customer-focused IT procurement practices across HP’s ecosystem.
