The following posting is a pipeline requisition, meant to accumulate candidates for 2026 Summer Internships. Qualified applicants will be contacted in concert with the approval and publication of identical, approved positions within HP, Inc.

This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future(full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Interested candidates must be currently eligible to work in the US AND must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future. HP, Inc. will not provide any assistance or sign documentation in support of immigration sponsorship including Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Optional Practical Training (OPT).

The Team:

We are looking for an intern to join the US Commercial Sales Organization. Our US team is a diverse, creative, supportive and seasoned group of people who thrive on collaboration across all teams and partners to finds the best solution for our customers and HP. Responsibilities:

As a HP Sales Coordinator Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage account data, analysis, reporting and reconciliation
• Support monthly reporting requirements and guidelines
• Project lead on account specific programs
• Our sales intern coordinators may support our end user sales team, our consumer channel sales team or our commercial channel sales team.

Education and Experience Required

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and returning to school following the internship
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Advance Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in Project Management is a plus
• Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2026, and not require sponsorship in the future.

Preferred Majors:

• Business Analytics
• Marketing
• Business Management or related.

The pay range for this position is $23 to $27.30 per hour (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
