Digital Services Finance Lead:
Description -
This position leads and advises on key business initiatives within the Digital Services GBU. It is accountable for driving financial management through the analysis, reporting, and reconciliation of financial and operational results. The role also champions process improvements, provides strategic counsel, and represents the business unit to ensure both operational and strategic success. As a member of a high-impact finance team, this role integrates business acumen, end-to-end ownership, and analytical excellence to shape decision-making and drive operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Leads and advises on key business initiatives, managing multiple analysts across finance sub-functions and global regions.
- Create bridges to explain financial results at offer level
- Conducts complex financial analyses, leveraging deep business insight to drive the achievement of objectives.
- Partners with business leaders to shape and influence long-term strategic decision-making.
- Drives global process improvements and policy development initiatives to enhance functional performance.
- Delivers expert guidance in financial controls, budgeting, planning, ROI assessments, and the formulation of business strategies.
- Generates innovative solutions and leads large cross-functional teams, applying independent judgment to address complex business challenges.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
