YOU MUST HAVE6 or more years of experience in heat treatment processes within an industrial manufacturing environment.Candidate should have experience in carburizing and hardening processes.Strong understanding of metallurgical principles and heat treatment technologies.Proficiency in operating and maintaining heat treatment equipment.Experience with quality control processes and standards relevant to heat-treated products.WE VALUEHigh School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in heat treatment are a plus.Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing setting.Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality in all processes.US PERSON REQUIREMENTDue to export control law, candidates must be a US.
