As a Sr Cust Exp Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful fulfillment of all requests related to order processing and purchasing activities within the department. You will adhere to standard procedures and checks in daily activities to provide excellent customer experience, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will impact the overall customer experience by proactively engaging in projects and process transitions, maintaining accurate lifecycle accounting of all orders, contracts, and projects in Honeywell systems, and ensuring timely updates and approvals for customer accounts and materials in oracle.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Services or related field
  • Experience working in a multi-discipline team
  • Experience in reviewing and redesigning processes
  • Good understanding and operational experience to drive a One-Honeywell approach

  • Responsible for updating customer accounts including submitting requests in oracle for customer creation, extension, or amendment.
  • Follow-up on approvals for customer creation, extension, or amendment.
