As a Sr Controllership Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the controllership function within our finance team. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies, and driving financial close processes.

You will report directly to our finance leadership and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial health of our operations by providing critical insights and analysis that support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or controllership roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
