As a Field Service Technician II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality field service support to our residential customers. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Honeywell products and systems, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.

You will report directly to our Sr Field Service Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Altamonte Springs, FL location, providing service to the surrounding areas.

In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of Honeywell’s residential solutions, contributing to enhanced customer experience and the overall success of our service operations.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Proven experience in field service or technical support roles, preferably in residential service environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential systems including HVAC, security, or home automation technologies.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Familiarity with service management software and mobile technology tools to document and track service activities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
