You will report directly to our Sr R&D Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of advanced engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of back-end technologies (C#, Python, Node.js, etc.).
  • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

WE VALUE

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), including designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud‑based applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM).
  • Understanding of cloud architecture best practices, including security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS Code Pipeline, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
