You will report directly to our Production Manager and you’ll work out of our South Bend, IN location with an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production processes, ensuring that we meet customer demands while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least five (5) years of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
  • Experience with CMM (Coordinated Measuring Machine)
  • Experience with quality control processes and inspection techniques.
  • Ability to read blue prints.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers micrometers and custom gauges.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and machining processes.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in CNC machining.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $32.27 per hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and program CNC machines to produce wheel components according to specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency.
  • Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
