Shift: Weekend Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00AM to 5:30PM OR Weekend Nights: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 4:30PM to 5:30AM

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair complex technical issues
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Provide technical support and guidance to customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions

YOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 2 years of experience in a technical service or field service role in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Must be willing to weekends/night shift, Friday, Saturday and Sundays DAYS: 5:00am to 5:30pm OR NIGHTS: 4:30pm-5:30am Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks WE VALUEAssociate's degree in engineering or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferredExperience with Honeywell products and systemsExperience with conveyor systems, PLC's, troubleshooting. Customer-focused mindsetStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to train and mentor junior technicians The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000-$75,000.  Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
