Advanced Document Control Specialist:

You will report directly to our Director of Applications and System Sales and work out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid 3/2 work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the quality and accessibility of critical documentation and tools which is key to the success of our operations and customer satisfaction. Your contributions will help streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the organization.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma or GED with relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in document control, business process, or quality.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation management systems and practices.
  • Proficiency in document control software and tools.
  • Experience with Share Point, Salesforce, MS Products, Advanced Excel and Word.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and control documentation processes, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain documentation standards.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify best practices and any associated gaps to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Manage business applications and tools used across the organization (Share Point, Convey, Salesforce, ePRD).
  • Coordinate training for business applications, tools, and new/revised processes.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting tools for management.
