This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office 2 days work from home model.

As an Proposal Engineer here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in sales operations, supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and optimizing processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about sales strategies, data analysis, and customer relationship management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to P&E Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Study the request for proposal and other technical documents/drawings provided by the client. Provide an optimal solution both technically and commercially.
Estimate LSS equipment and services using relevant working tools.
Identify external packages / equipment / components (third-party vendors) and interact with the Procurement department to obtain technical and commercial offers from external suppliers.
Identify packages/equipment belonging to other divisions within Honeywell, e.g., HCI, HBS, PMT, etc., and engage the correct division to obtain technical and commercial offers.

Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
Basic knowledge of industrial automation
Exposure to DCS/SCADA concepts
English on conversational level is also important as you will use it regularly
Ability to learn fast
Eagerness to develop your career in international environment
