In this role, you will impact our customer satisfaction levels by providing timely and effective support, helping to build strong relationships with our clients and contributing to the overall success of the business.
YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.1+ years of experience in a customer service or related role.

English proficient Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. WE VALUEKnowledge of ERP and CRM such as SAP and Salesforce Familiarity with order management systems and processes.

Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, shipping dates, and product issues through calls and emails.

Collaborate with various departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, and Sales to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Process customer orders, including order entry, changes, and returns, while monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.
