Sr Mfg Engineering Technician Temporary

As a Manufacturing Test Equipment Senior Technician at Honeywell, you will play a key role in keeping the various electrical test equipment used on our manufacturing production lines operational. You will consistently adhere to the specified HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements while performing your duties, as well as the HOS requirements related to your role level. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment optimization, and ensuring the high quality of manufactured products to help achieve the company's objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Technician or in a related technical role within manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining complex manufacturing test equipment.
• Experience with manufacturing tools, equipment calibration, and process optimization techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience working with ICT Keysight machines and NI Hardware.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement best practices and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout manufacturing operations.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance and repair of functional test and ICT, equipment, including Keysight systems.
