YOU MUST HAVE:

• master’s degree

REQUIRED:

• Experience with cross-cloud architecture or migration (Alibaba, GCP, Azure, AWS). solid experience with Alibaba Clould.

• Demonstrated ability to design cloud-agnostic / multi-cloud architectures, including abstraction layers and adapter patterns

• Deep expertise in core cloud services, like IAM, Secrets, Storage (object, block, file)

• Strong Experience with IoT architectures, including device connectivity, telemetry ingestion, and integration into cloud/data platforms

• Strong experience with event-driven architecture and service bus design, including: RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or equivalent; High-throughput, reliable messaging systems

• Solid DevOps capabilities: CI/CD pipeline design (cloud-agnostic) ; Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform); Containers and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with Databricks and its implementation on Alibaba Cloud: Delta Lake, structure streaming, and large-scale data processing; Optimization of Databricks workloads in Alibaba Cloud Environment

• Experience with Product Security and Cyber Security

VALUE PLUS:

• China regulatory and compliance requirements (MLPS, Xin Chuang, etc.)

• Experience with system validation and reliability: SIT (System Integration Testing); Performance, Scalability, Reliability (PSR) testing;

• Strong experience in operations & maintenance (O&M): Observability (monitoring, logging, tracing);

Incident management and production support

• System level AI integration experience

• Strong experience on data architecture, including Lakehouse pattern, Data lakes and batch/stream processing; Data pipeline design, governance, and performance optimization

• Experience with cloud-native integration and API management: API gateways, service mesh; Microservices governance and traffic management

Chief Cloud Architecture is leading the Honeywell China cloud platform strategy to support business growth cross all SBGs. This expert also needs to lead cross team to develop and implement the Honeywell Cloud platform developing and sustaining, and coordinate among different stakeholders including cloud provider, product offering and Engineering team.
