We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Management Specialist to join our team at Honeywell.

You will report directly to our Sr.

Director, IT and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

You Must Have:Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.

Experience in ERP – SAP ECC / S4Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.We Value:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or similar.

Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.
