We have an opportunity for an Assembler Non-Technical-Lvl 3 to join us at Honeywell, in Portsmouth, where you will be responsible for producing CTL products to standard in line with the documented specifications and standard operation sheets, meeting defined quality standards at the specified rate.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations while performing daily safety checks and addressing unsafe behaviours or conditions.
- Produce products meeting defined quality standards and specifications, completing CTQ and FAI process controls on schedule.
- Aim for 100% On Time to Request (OTTR) and maintain defined productivity rates.
- Contribute to efficient Cell operations by achieving targets, demonstrating flexibility to meet customer needs, and performing authorized administrative tasks.
- Participate in training new operators, generate ideas for continuous improvement, and carry out additional tasks as assigned by the company.
