About the role

In Building Automation (BA), we address the challenges within the building environment. Our focus is installing, integrating, and maintaining the systems that keep your facility safe, secure, comfortable, productive, energy efficient and healthy. We design and manufacture technologies to address some of the world’s toughest challenges in airports, commercial buildings, datacenters, schools, government, hospitals, stadiums, labs, and smart cities.

As a Regional General Manager – HBS Service Southern Europe, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the region.

  1. Establishing and executing business plans utilizing Honeywell’s growth drivers to grow share and profit.
  2. Understanding how to translate customer goals to solutions with software-industrial technology.
  3. Leading both direct and indirect employees.
  4. Analyzing processes and data to simplify, find root cause, and resolve issues pro-actively.
  5. Speaking with customers, placing them as your top priority.
  6. Motivating teams to turn strategy into execution through a large workforce.

You will also ensure a safe and engaged workforce and with high customer satisfaction.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 10+ years of experience in the industrial or technology sector
  • 5+ years of experience in a service/aftermarket business
  • GM experience owning and driving a P&L
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
