EU Software Sales Leader
We have an opportunity for a EU Software Sales Leader to join us at Honeywell, in Bracknell, where you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

This is a hybrid role in Bracknell, with around 30% travel to EU.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
-
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
-
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership.
Key Skills and Qualifications
-
8+ years of experience in sales
-
At least 3 years of experience managing teams or in a leadership/managerial role
-
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
-
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong background in sales management, especially in niche or technical sales environments.

Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), within our key domains building automation, building management systems (BMS), Fire and Security.

Direct end user experience across covering key verticals, Healthcare, Defence and Data Centre segments
-
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
