As a Sr Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will oversee workplace safety and compliance at Samsung Electronics facilities, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations, implementing risk management strategies, and fostering a culture of health and safety across the site.

You will report directly to our Safety Manager and you’ll work out of our Giheung, Yongin location on a Full-time work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the safety culture and compliance of operations, ensuring that all safety standards are met and maintained, ultimately contributing to a safer working environment for all employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with clients and partner companies to align and support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives and requirements.

  • Support adherence to Samsung Electronics’ safety regulations and Honeywell’s internal safety standards across all site operations.

  • Drive the development of a strong safety culture by organizing and delivering safety training programs for subcontractors and employees.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 certification requirements and maintain related procedures and documentation.

  • Review and assist in revising the safety sections of Standard Operating Procedures to reflect current best practices and regulatory standards.

  • Develop and implement emergency response plans, including scheduling and conducting drills to ensure preparedness.

  • Support annual risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend preventive measures for continuous improvement.

  • Conduct site safety inspections and participate in joint committees.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • A person with honesty, a kind heart, and a diligent attitude toward work.

  • Industrial Safety Engineer certification is required.

  • Up to 3 years of experience in safety management or EHS-related roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).

  • Basic understanding of workplace safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning safety management systems.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across all sites.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in EHS management within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environments.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with clients and partners, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Residence near Samsung Electronics semiconductor sites in Giheung.
