About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and Forecasting:
Take a lead role in driving SBG global planning and forecasting processes, including the Annual Operating Plan, Rolling Forecast, and SRO/MRO, in close coordination with business and finance leaders.
- Performance Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial, trend, and variance analysis across SBG metrics, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve revenue, margin, cost efficiency, productivity, and working capital.
- Reporting Transformation:
Drive integrated, standardized reporting across key areas such as revenue, cost, productivity, working capital, and capital expenditure.
- Business Partnership:
Partner with finance leaders to review results, generate analytical insights, and develop practical solutions that support business priorities.
- KPIs and Performance Management:
Establish relevant KPIs and performance drivers, monitor outcomes, and recommend improvements to strengthen execution.
- Change and Standardization:
Lead change management and ensure smooth execution of business and Honeywell priorities. Identify standardization opportunities, build implementation plans, and deploy them with business leadership.
- Team and Transformation Leadership:
Lead a diverse finance team and support global process standardization, business transitions, and special projects.
Education and Certifications
- Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/master’s degree in finance, or Business Administration
Required Experience 10+ years of overall finance experience

- A Capable finance professional who has the intellectual curiosity and an attitude in going above and beyond to partner with the business in commercial excellence.
- Exposure to Global Customers with ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees/customers and align and integrate with other departments / sites.
- Strategic Partner with Corporate Finance and Functional leaders to manage financial targets for the function.
- Prior exposure of driving business finance metrics
- Exposure to Tools like Power BI, Advance excel etc.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW and Hyperion
- The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues and to make consistent, timely decisions
- Strong cross functional and peer influencing skills.
