Job Description: Advanced Systems Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 10+ years of expertise in Energy Management, Audits, EPC projects, and Measurement & Verification (M&V). The role focuses on developing and implementing M&V strategies for guaranteed savings contracts, ensuring compliance with international protocols, and delivering energy efficiency solutions across global regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams of energy engineers in developing solutions and executing M&V plans for EPC projects across Americas, Europe, and META regions.
  • Design and implement M&V plans in accordance with IPMVP guidelines, ensuring accuracy in savings verification and reporting.
  • Conduct post-installation and commissioning surveys, spot measurements, and consumption pattern analysis to validate project outcomes.
  • Provide technical advisory to regulatory authorities and stakeholders on energy performance and compliance.
  • Deliver guaranteed savings contracts, protecting multimillion-dollar liabilities and ensuring contractual performance.
  • Perform energy audits, BMS upgrades, and optimization across diverse verticals including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and Tier 3 data centers.
  • Oversee project cost estimation, risk assessment, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for large-scale energy efficiency projects.
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to support portfolio management, OPEX/CAPEX planning, and lifecycle cost optimization.

  • EVO Certified PMVA
  • Six Sigma Green Belt

Education

  • Bachelor of Engineering

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Deep expertise in Measurement & Verification protocols (IPMVP) and guaranteed savings contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of utilities, equipment, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in statistical and financial analysis using MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability in project management, metrics reporting, and data quality control.
