YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience or related roles.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer feedback.

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures

  • Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure highquality service delivery

  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement initiatives to drive improvement

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in customer experience
