As a Residential Electric Meter Installation Sub Foreperson here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and supervising a team of electric meter installers for residential properties. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standard by auditing the work done.  In this role, you will report directly to our Foreperson, and you'll work out of our designated location in the residential area of Orillia, Ontario on a full-time, on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the successful installation of electric meters in residential properties, ensuring accurate readings and efficient energy consumption. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the installation team, providing technical guidance, and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process.
YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sub Foreperson Role Journeyman certificate                     WE VALUE Relevant certification or training in electric meter installation Experience in managing residential installation projects Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent technical knowledge of electric meter installation processes Ability to interpret and follow safety regulations and quality standards Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to safety and quality standards Ability to analyze and solve problems.Ability to work in all types of outdoor environments.Customer facing experience is highly preferred.A familiarity with basic computer skills Hourly rate for this position is $59.36/hour as per the CLA Union IBEW, Local 353 located in Toronto, Ontario.Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
